Sölden Ski Area
The giant Sölden ski area offers a vast variety of ski slopes and trails for all ages and ability levels. Unlimited winter fun is ensured on some 150 km of perfectly groomed trails with 35 state-of-the art mountain lifts and gondolas. Snow is always guaranteed from November through Mai – not only due to the high altitude location of the ski area (up to 3,340 m) but also thanks to 2 glaciers and top modern snow-making systems covering already some 60% of all ski runs.
Both skiers and snowboarders are spoilt for choice when it comes to extra winter sports fun at the BASE Winter Park / Giggijoch, the permanent race course or the marvelous mogul pistes. For more detailed information klick here.

Ski School
Schischule Sölden-Hochsölden offers ski instruction for all ages right in front of our house. Other ski schools start their lessons at Giggijoch or next to Gaislachkogl mountain gondola (middle station). Only 300 m from the Tabaluga Kids' Club Ski School.
